We’re excited to share that Alder Heating & Air Conditioning is officially launching a Service Department — dedicated to keeping your heating and cooling systems running at their best all year round.
Our new division focuses on servicing and repairs for all types of heating and cooling units — whether they were installed by Alder or by someone else.
Our technicians can service and repair:
- Ducted gas heating systems
- Split systems (heating and cooling)
- Evaporative cooling units
- Ducted reverse cycle systems
- Hot water systems
- Wall furnaces
What’s Included (and What’s Not)
Our service appointments include a full inspection and maintenance of your system to make sure it’s operating safely and efficiently.
This includes:
- Cleaning filters, burners, and coils
- Checking gas pressures and electrical connections
- Assessing airflow and temperature output
- Identifying worn or faulty parts
- Recommending repairs or replacements where needed

Yes, we service and repair all major brands and systems, whether or not they were installed by us.
What systems do you work on?

How long does a service appointment take?
Most standard services take around 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the type and condition of the unit.
Do you offer emergency repairs?
We’re not a 24/7 service and don’t operate after hours, but urgent jobs are given priority during our regular business hours. If your system needs urgent attention, we’ll do our best to get to you as soon as possible once we’re open.
